Turbocharger housing prototype

A pre-production intake housing built to survive thermal cycling. We validated the geometry before the client committed to hard tooling.

A weight-critical mounting bracket for an avionics sensor. Every gram removed had to be justified against stiffness under vibration.

A single-use drilling guide matched to one patient’s anatomy from a CT scan. Sterilisable, biocompatible and dimensionally exact.

Forty interlocking modules for a suspended gallery piece. The brief was purely aesthetic, the tolerances were anything but.
